  1. Do you ever workout early in the AM, like at 5:00 if you have a busy day? Or would you just go to the gym in the evening. Looking for some inspiration to get my workout in early before work!!

  3. I am NOT a morning person...so no. I rather work out at night after work. just my preference, but for you it might b best to just get it done with!.??

    1. Do you just run, or spin? You have a nice physique since your muscles are long and lean like a dancer--not bulky! If you lift weights do you keep it really light?

      If I workout out at night then I get side cramps really easily, even if I haven't eaten much...

  4. just run and weights, I would spin but don't like classes...weights medium...woking out is great but I believe it's mainly diet...
