Do you ever workout early in the AM, like at 5:00 if you have a busy day? Or would you just go to the gym in the evening. Looking for some inspiration to get my workout in early before work!!
Do you just run, or spin? You have a nice physique since your muscles are long and lean like a dancer--not bulky! If you lift weights do you keep it really light?
If I workout out at night then I get side cramps really easily, even if I haven't eaten much...

ReplyDeleteI am NOT a morning person...so no. I rather work out at night after work. just my preference, but for you it might b best to just get it done with!.??

just run and weights, I would spin but don't like classes...weights medium...woking out is great but I believe it's mainly diet...
