  3. the highest I've ever been was 128...I'm 107 now...that was a long time ago...now my high is 112...haven't seen 113 in a loooooong time...

  4. Were you working out at 128, or did you just totally let yourself slip? Did you just get down gradually with better habits, or did you work at it like a madwoman until 107?

  5. Think I just was going out all the time n drinking and eating like shit then when jeans and all didn't fit!...I've never worked out like a madwoman so definitely from diet...I think diet is most important in losing...
