Were you working out at 128, or did you just totally let yourself slip? Did you just get down gradually with better habits, or did you work at it like a madwoman until 107?
Think I just was going out all the time n drinking and eating like shit then when jeans and all didn't fit!...I've never worked out like a madwoman so definitely from diet...I think diet is most important in losing...

ReplyDeletethe highest I've ever been was 128...I'm 107 now...that was a long time ago...now my high is 112...haven't seen 113 in a loooooong time...
