  4. morning sometimes just coffee but alomost always one of these with it: kind bar, larabar, power crunch bar, or eggwhites with veggies and lean protein

    lunch: salad or protein shake

    dinner either a salad or eggs, sometimes udis gluten free bread with the eggs to fill me more so I don't want to snack late...

    snacks: 1/2 apple with almond butter, 1/2 protein bar, no salt almonds or pistaccios...

    also table spoon of applecider vinegar and coconut oil every day
