I'm trying to slim down just a little but I'm pms'ing so I NEED carbs...I thought this was a healthy alternative; brown rice and beans (steamed veggies underneath that you cant see) Its actually really good! I thought of making this when I had turkey chili for dinner last night and was wishing I had rice in it...
