Improvement maybe

I think I need to juice for lunch can't seem to get rid of my bloat and I've been eating better...FYI I am pms'ing which always messes with me tho...but still!!!!

  1. noo you dont need to juice. Your awesomely skinny! <3 and especially since you are PMSing... for sure you are retaining water and it doesnt even look like it!
