just another day...and I gymed

breakfast

obsessed but had slight fishy aftertaste have to check ingredients
only 220 calories with dressing
skinny girls need heaters


dinner

delicious
high in sodium; could b worse

  1. do you also mix the cottage cheese in or do you eat that separately?
    also- trader joe's has a lowfat greek salad that's only 150 cals with dressing... good lunch option. thought u might want to know :)
